Newly accredited college, College Unbound, is looking for an addition to our leadership team; someone who will help propel the college forward. This position reports directly to the president, Dennis Littky, and will perform some of the functions of the chief of staff, as well as special projects coordinator, while also helping CU look towards the future. 
College Unbound is an entrepreneurial organization that is community based and will always have the excitement of a start-up, with solid experience behind it. This job is not for the faint of heart; it is a commitment to brainstorming and creating a new kind if institution: a nonprofit that helps the underserved adult population transform themselves while elevating their families and their communities through the process of attaining a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Change. 

Responsibilities include:
• Collaborates with President in carrying out the core mission of College Unbound.
• Person should be familiar with and embrace the educational philosophy of Big Picture Learning.
• The person will be a “dreamer and a doer” capable of motivating other people.
• Prepared to understand the role of a leader of innovation in higher education for adults.
• Person is committed to a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Person will possess public speaking skills.
• Aptitude to do fundraising along with other senior level staff.
• Person will possess excellent writing skills.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience and insight gained while working within an institution of higher education or other non-profit organizations is preferred
